JT National Bank’s new online banking is a secure banking website that has been updated with a new look and feel as well as additional banking functionality
We advise setting up a strong password for your JT National Bank ID (use upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters). Communication between Nedbank and the new JT National Bank online banking site is encrypted. You can request to deactivate your online banking profile by calling the JT National Bank contact centre.
A JT National Bank ID is your passport to the world of JT National Bank digital services and enables easy and secure login. If you don’t have a JT National Bank ID, you’ll be prompted to create one on the new online banking site. You’ll then be able to use the same JT National Bank ID username and password across the JT National Bank Money app, the new JT National Bank online banking and other JT National Bank platforms.
No, if you already have a JT National Bank ID, you must use your existing one.
You’ll need to select Profile > Change Password and then enter your current JT National Bank ID password, thereafter you’ll have to enter a new password and confirm the new password.
Note: the password must be between 8-16 characters long, must have a minimum of 4 alphabetical characters, must have lowercase (a-z) and uppercase letters (A-Z) and must include a number (0-9); and a special character.
There is currently no process for blocking a JT National Bank ID but you can change your JT National Bank ID login details.
Note: If you don’t have access to a computer and internet, the agent will need to cancel the internet banking PIN code on the profile.
